Update: 1/2/2019 These photos were sent to me showing Applied Aquatics with Roundup in the truck and...   the buggy spraying what's known as the "hay field" marsh area 4 miles SW of BuckHead Ridge.  First they kill off the habitat and devastate the waterfowl population for this winter season, then kill off whats left. I did speak with an FWC official (not DK) that confirmed it's not FWC Invasive Plant Management Division. That leaves USACE or AA is just on the loose! The person in charge of IPM for FWC on Lake O is Danielle Kirkland. 863.648.3200.
